6. Third-party apps and products. Ampify works alongside third-party apps (such as guitar amp and effects apps). We are not affiliated with, and do not control, those apps, and are not responsible for their availability, content, or performance. All third-party trademarks and app names belong to their respective owners.

7. Prohibited uses. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations or laws, or to infringe upon our or others' intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
