We want you playing, not posting parcels back to us. If something isn't right within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at support@ampify.it.com and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a full refund.
You don't need to ship the item back. For a product this size, return postage usually costs more than the product itself, so we skip it. Just reach out and tell us what happened.
We'll refund or replace if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your item doesn't match the description
- Your order never arrived
To help us process your claim quickly, please include your order number and, for damaged or faulty items, a photo or short video showing the issue.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
This guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country.
